From a Shared Realization to a Mission

Kerri Campbell had been watching the same story play out across every industry she touched. In her years building consulting practices—from Allegiance Consulting to Strategy Engineering to Fortune 500 engagements—she saw the pattern clearly: companies were spending millions on AI tools and getting almost nothing back.

The technology worked. The deployment didn't.

Ivan Madrigal was an entrepreneur and turnaround specialist who had spent his career transforming companies from the inside. He'd scaled Builder's Choice from $4M to over $40M with 100 employees, documented $11.4M in operational savings as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and led M&A due diligence on deals up to $1B.

Over coffee one morning, Kerri and Ivan discovered they'd arrived at the same conclusion from different directions. Kerri saw the gap: companies needed structured AI deployment, not more tools. Ivan had the methodology: Lean Six Sigma enterprise deployment principles, reengineered for AI. Kerri had the practice-building expertise to turn that methodology into a scalable consulting firm. Ivan had the operational credibility to deliver it.
